Peach, just go to Kroger, and ANY UNSULPHURED will work.
Only 20 cents diff or so between G'mas and Roddenberry's, but in case they're out, either will do.

Damn that shit hurt like hell!! Keep in mind a work in progress, still have to do some more shading on it & alittle more color. Just had to give the ol' leg a break 4 a few! Shewww! Got to burning like hell! :fire:
The bend of the nail part hurt the worst though!!

Thanks.. yeah, I just did that 1 to try & remind myself my old mean selfs gone, and the fresh good ol' Danks here now! I use to be 1 mean dude back in the day, (hard partying days). Now I'm more laid back, and staying chill in my older years.. ;)

I've been cooking with low glycemic foods for the last year and a half, got my hubby's sugar in better control and mine, just this weight is being stubborn. A lot of came from Seroquel..long story LOL
even my doc said that she was sure the medicine was largely to blame for the gain. I use a lot of Stevia too, which helps me curb my sugar craving. That damn medicine just won't let me lose weight. I lost 25 pounds which is great and all but I have another 130 to go :(

I know you'll get there, one day and one choice at a time, it will eventually be like wow this awesome as it the past were but a dream.
Keep up the good work your doing, for me it really isn't about knowing what to do but seeing the value in doing it which should be motivating enough to me, bottom line I struggle at times cause I find myself wanting to settle and on occasion I tell myself its okay no one can avoid 100 percent (environment, my colleagues have candy everywhere ate work) of what they shouldn't have. I could probably do better if I did not do this, but I have a sweet tooth that has a stomach of its own. It's likes urging me to eat that chocolate candy bar bcause chocolate been found to be healthy for x y and z. Anywise. I rooting for you all. Keep the good fight.

You too brother, you too. Chocolate is great for you but mostly the really dark chocolate, not too much sugar :)

Thanks Peach! Yeah, no 1 here would've liked the ol Dankster! I was mean, and didn't take crap from NO one! Seriously, if someone even looked at me wrong, I was all over um! I guess that's what being round "older guys' drinking, and being brought up in pool halls does 4 ya! Lol

I can say 1 thing though! I sure can play a mean game of pool now! Haha

How about White chocolate?
I LOVE the white choco Kit Kats, but can't find 'em out here, but I still grab up all the white choco I can find.:bigjoint:
