Who Found My Plants? Cops?

I haven't moved the third, I figured I'll take the loss and leave it just on the off chance that someone is watching the spot (even a nosy old neighbor or something).

If they aren't and no one has found it, I might be lucky enough to return to a budded plant in a couple of months.

My main priority now is getting to a more lax state. Maybe once I'm there I'll try a better set up and buy good quality seeds.

My citations are each $300 (I got one for possession and one for paraphernalia, my partner got one for paraphernalia as well).

It was a really dumb incident. I was the manager for a local big chain fast food restaurant in my small town. They were doing many, many illegal and unsanitary things and I reported them.

When I did this, the Mayor of my town sent over both a city police officer and a state officer so that they could help me determine the exact laws the store was breaking.

My roommate was an absolute moron and let them in the house... then she saw the bowl that was sitting out, panicked and stood in front of it. The officer obviously noticed her odd behavior, saw the piece and had us surrender everything we had. The deal was that we gave up everything we had and they would give us citations and nothing more.

We had to give up hundreds of dollars of glass pieces and about a quarter of dank. What makes me the most angry is that my roommate and her skeezy friends each had bud on their bodies and I gave up EVERYTHING in the fear that we could get punished with much, much more.

Hence more reasons why I want out of this shithole.

Oh my goooood that really sucks, I'm sorry and after you were just trying to do the right thing, too...fines are generally cheaper for those things where I am, around $75-$100 from what I've seen in court.

Definitely get rid of roommates if anything, they're not worth the money help IMO. I almost got caught because the dumb bitch that lived in my house ( although she had no idea that I was growing) tried to get me in trouble for 'building without a permit' in the basement which was my grow room. Inspector showed up unexpectedly and everything. Luckily the dude didn't care and just left saying I was fine.

Now we're starting to wonder if they were just torn up (which scares me). It was hard to tell because the holes had some dirt in them but were perfectly circular. The hole was in the shape of the Solo cup that I transplanted them from about 3 weeks ago. When we dug the original hole to transplant them, the soil from the Solo cup stuck up about 1/2 an inch at the surface but I covered that portion with surrounding dirt.

What doesn't make sense is how anyone (including a cop) would have been there or seen them. It also doesn't make sense that the third wasn't taken. It was not with the other two, but it was very visible from that site. Anyone who wanted the first two would have more than likely seen the third if they just looked around a little bit.

If it was a cop, what is my best plan of action? Do I need to get rid of the ones indoors?

no it was harsh but why sugar coat it? he is being irresponsible. Someone on here recently just had his home broken into , his entire grow stolen and stabbed in the throat and was in icu for a few weeks . People are willing to kill others, if Lars wants to endanger his life fine, but dont endanger two 18,20 year old women , and dont allow others to blab about your grow , or know about it, its just common sense , hes lacking it at the moment and needs to smarten up

and someone came in and just chopped like the top and better half of my 1 out of my 3 really nice looking girls. it always leaves you with weird questions

I was extremely quiet about the whole thing, it is my roommate that needs to try to "look cool". Just for the record, I am a female. I am far from "dumb" and I am not embarrassed that I consume Marijuana because I know I am on the right side of the issue. The thing that bothers me most is that you are telling me that I need to be a better criminal. The problem is that I am NOT a criminal, I am merely a citizen who needs and deserves the right to consume Marijuana for my medicinal and recreational needs. Simply because the law is not on my side does not mean that I want to turn into a master of law breaking in the process. I would rather work on getting to a decriminalized/medicinal area than figuring out new ways to break existing laws (though completely unjust laws).

I realized that I can't trust my roommate now and won't be staying here longer than I have to.

I understand that people will do those dangerous things, but mine were in the open for the taking and I'm not heartbroken about it. If anything, I think the thief was extraordinarily lazy. I mean, come on, it took me a couple months and seeds from a bag... anyone can do it.

Maybe they thought the other two would have a better chance inside. I know spiders got to one of them.

The one by the river was thriving so I wouldn't doubt that they left it there for that reason.

Who knows. Thankfully, Wisconsin law is not a felony under 4 plants even if they did somehow connect it.
