the online theory would not work for one reason u build a better mouse trap the mouse gets smarter...........ao as long as that drive for power and resourse is there someone would always be trying to controll it or modify it to the will they chosen (ie electronic voting machines)....a important thing is up and someone hits the grid and shuts down a section known to vote one way ....ppl alike flock together and a commiuty is born .....so in a huge one it will be like all major citys with sections known as little something
at this point most of the world trouble are cuased by a select few ppl doing truly evil things for self gain and power ...............looking at this pruely logical have u seen the cost of items have u noticed that something 5 years ago is now double or triple .........this only going to grow as the rich get richer and does not spend money gets printed the value of that money is no longer backed by anything the amount that is printed up in banks and owed in debts to counties and ourself ..........the value of it is more then everything here .............it is all numbers game based on that tomarrow will happen ...........sooner or later ppl will figure this out and well u seen the world system we and europe are linch pins one of us falls everything goes .....................their is a simple fact not many ppl understand the earth can only hold so much and make so much .............honestly with out ww1 and ww2 plus all those other stuip little wars we would be worst off ............not to be a asshole ...........all those wars never happend all those ppl lived figure 2/3 of them would get married and have 2.3 kids on avg .........now increase the numbers by last 100 years with that

The thing that I figure about the online government is that the whole world would be on the same page and want it to be an online government. The "neighborhood" watch would be global to look out for hackers and people that are trying to destroy the system. I cant think of a better way to rule the world, basically your letting the world rule itself. There would be rules that the people would come up with that would make it the safest government in the world. The people would be on the lookout for any danger. I was thinking that a ONE WORLD ONLINE GOVERNMENT would be the best way to go. But at first the online government would have to be tested out on smaller countries that want to give the experiment a shot. (Maybe even start the online government in a state.) If it works for the smaller countries than maybe the bigger countries could implement the online government. Than after some testing and time to work out the bugs, maybe there could be a global community where all countries were on the same page, trying to make the world the best place possible for every nation. I would assume that a one world online government would get rid of the border wars because the world would be like one big country.
There will always be people trying to get more money and more power because of greed. But I believe there should be a cap on how much money a person can own. I figure let people be very very rich but just don't let them become billionaires. Maybe the most amount of money a person could own would be $900 million dollars. There would have to be a cap on how much a person could own to keep greed in check. And if the person acquired more than the set amount, $900 million in this case, than send them to prison. There would have to be a way to keep things fair so that the rich people can be rich enough without monopolizing the system. This would be a good thing.
I would control inflation by making babies the standard for how much money is in circulation. For example, each baby could bring an extra $100 million dollars into circulation. So the only way to bring more money into circulation would depend on how many people were alive. But the $100 million dollars per baby is just a random arbitrary number that I chose. So the babies would be the "gold standard". More babies, more money in circulation. Its an incentive for the rich people to make the rest of the population breed more instead of making war and killing off people.
These solutions should address your concerns about any corruption. I have thought about these things a long time ago and I believe they are the best solutions to most of the worlds problems.
I believe the more smart people on earth, the quicker we will be able to enter space. More smart people equals more scientists and Drs and engineers to lead the way. I think space is the final frontier.

Right, the last thing we need is another dictator that doesn't care about anyone but himself. We need a leader that cares about the poor people and middle class because the rich people have plenty of money and can fend for themselves.

There would be underwater beaches too with wave machines so you could surf. The artificial lighting could be the same spectrum as the sun and you could get the same kind of tan too. I figure the only thing you cant do underwater is fly a plane. But with SPACE JETS you could soar through the water, underwater. But you wouldn't be flying through air, you would be soaring through water. The SPACE JETS could also go out into space too. The fuel for the space jets could be liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen so you can fly anywhere, whether underwater or through the air or into space. But you could do anything else underwater or underground that you wanted to do. It would be just like on the surface except there would be artificial lighting. I've already thought about what you can put down there and it could fit just about anything. The ceilings could be over a hundred feet high or more and there would be more space to do whatever you wanted to do. Its an alternative to building on land anyways.
It would be a good vacation spot. You could have a mansion underwater or underground and that would just be a couple of your homes. You could own more mansions on the surface too. But who knows, you might like living underwater better than on the surface after you get used to it. The idea is to make everyone as rich as possible based upon the resources available. I would build the underwater cities out of hemp plastic. So the idea would be to grow as much hemp as possible and turn the hemp into plastics and make HUGE molds in the shape of mansions. The mansions could then be air lifted and carried to the ocean via HUGE helicopters and dropped into place. So the mansions would be mass produced to keep the costs down as low as possible. And for the underground cites and the under the ocean floor cities, I would carve out the ground using tunnel boring machines or nuclear powered lasers to do the job. I would do this on a massive scale too to keep the costs down.
So I would make all the cities out of plastic, unless they were underground or under the ocean floor, than I would carve out the rock and build the mansions that way.
