I saw Zimmy's friend Frank Tafeee on TV tonight saying that GZ's version of events had to be believed since he voluntarily gave his statement on four separate occasions to the Sanford police, without a lawyer, but it makes you wonder why he would not give it a fifth time to the jury, unless he is afraid of being cross-examined by the prosecutions
those six ladies will heavily regard his desicion
*Decision.

There was no reason for him to testify. Every single witness helped his case and backed up his story, the same story that he told without a lawyer present that led to him not being arrested. The only reason he was arrested is because of Obama and the DOJ organizing the "I am Trayvon marches." How could anyone not think that it wasn't organized to begin with, for fuck sake it was somewhat peaceful. Racially motivated, but peaceful. :dunce:

Anything is possible, but, it's highly unlikely as they will be specifically instructed that they cannot consider his choice not to testify in their deliberations. The judge made that perfectly clear to Z when she was asking if he intended to testify. And since they heard him testify through the video, heard several witnesses testify that his account was accurate and truthful (including the lead investigator, oops), they have all they need from Z.

None of that matters. What matters is that Trayvon was beating the fuck out of Zimmerman, Zimmerman rightfully feared for his life, and he shot the kid in self defense.

Your emotions are clouding your logic. You obviously have a great disdain for those you dubbed condo commandos.
Just how they are referenced here in the great state of Fleorgia AND oh how are they..sadly, I cannot take credit.

I know a lot of people in jail for multiple murders that eat Skittles. I wish people would stop pointing out that he had candy in his backpack to somehow imply that he was a sweet little kid that would do no wrong. We have photos and other personal references that show that TM idolized that gangster life.
What! He had a backpack? How did I miss that?

In the process of watching where the prosecution is entering in lessor charges because they know they wont be able to get a 2nd degree murder charge. They are now shooting for manslaughter and 3rd degree murder. I think its bullshit that they are adding new charges for the simple fact and obviously the judge will accept the manslaughter charge as a lessor charge and submit it to the jury. It is said that the verdict should be in tomorrow or Saturday.

2nd, 3rd, child abuse. While were at it, we are going to charge him with inflicting bodily harm to his knuckles for punching him in the head. I think he may have ended up stepping on his toe also, lets not forget that charge.

The Zimmerman persecution was NOT POLITICAL, no sir, not at all.

"It was a matter of protocol, Lee said. Arresting Zimmerman based on the evidence at hand would have been a violation of Zimmerman's Fourth Amendment rights, he said. Thus, the Sanford police presented a "capias request" to the state's attorney, asking that the prosecutor determine whether it was a "justifiable homicide," issue a warrant for arrest or present the case to a grand jury."

Documents Obtained by Judicial Watch Detail Role of Justice Department in Organizing Trayvon Martin Protests

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it has obtained documents in response to local, state, and federal records requests revealing that a little-known unit of the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Community Relations Service (CRS), was deployed to Sanford, FL, following the Trayvon Martin shooting to help organize and manage rallies and protests against George Zimmerman.
The link shows reimbursements for DOJ people organising marches and obviously running surveillance/gathering intelligence on the participants.

My thoughts this morning: The fact that a state must prepare for "civil unrest" after a verdict says something that the rest of us can't say. You wanna stop being treated like criminals? You wanna stop being the vast majority in jails? You wanna be respected instead of coddled? Take a look at your actions as a group. If every group throughout history has treated you as if you were an animal... hmmm maybe you should stop acting like animals.

I got that from somewhere... Did he not have a backpack?
See, people speak all these inaccuracies and people that don't know all the facts take them as fact. Sigh...
I could be wrong about the backpack, but really it doesn't matter.

For a know-it-all such as yourself, this is a major embarrassment, is it not? This is one of the few times I'll ever use the LOL letters, so that makes you VERY special

Coming from the nitwit that thought the jury could consider Zimmerman's choice to not testify in their decision, I think he will survive your criticism.

GIANT LOL

Child abuse... Sprung on Z at the last moment. Prosecution is desperate. I don't see how the legal system will allow this. A defendant has a constitutional right to know what he is charged with so as to defend himself. Z's defense had no chance to defend against "child abuse" because he has never been charged with child abuse until this morning AFTER both the prosecution and defense rested their cases.

This case is a laughing stock.

A criminal trial in which the most visible criminals are the Prosecutors.

What a pathetic travesty.

How sad and silly.

If you reversed the races of Zimmerman and Trayvon, this would be a classic example of a Jim Crow prosecution of an innocent black man being persecuted by the state.
