hermie seeds?

so i recently started a grow i started with tga subcool jilly bean strain.. i aquired some white s1 clones and this stuff he called purple brainwreck.. my question is the white s1 hermied on me before i noticed and dropped pollen it cross pollinated a little bit i definately have seeds in my buds.. but since the jilly and the pbw were cross pollinated do you think that all the seeds will be hermie or would i have a pretty good chance finding one of them jilly or pbw dom strains that weeded out the hermie traits or would it all be a waste of time?

Did they do it late in flowering? This is normal and not actually a "hermie" nor is it a genetic defect or indication of bad genetics. Any seeds you have will be female and be just fine.

You really cant know for sure if they were cross pollinated or self pollinated. The little pollen sacks that form on mature buds are usually surrounded by sticky calyxes & pistils of that plant. I would think they are most likely self pollinated.

I wouldnt use them for breeding but they should grow healthy normal females.

Just to add to what MYOB said.

A self-pollinated plant will have a much higher chance of producing herms than normal.

A girl pollinated by a herm will produce mostly fem, with a very slight chance of herm.

thanks for all the post.. the s1 definately had open pollen sacks and i do see seeds in quite a few buds in the garden its been 2 weeks now since it happened.. so i will have seeds the only one that had male sacks was the 1 plant i had in there.. i turned off the fans and removed it the damage was done already so its really seeing what i get from it not gonna just throw them out i wanna see what happens
they were about 2 1/2 weeks in when i noticed them there now 4 weeks into flower

i will prob end up testing the seeds trying them out.. there are some really good strains out there that came from a misshap or a hermie in the garden..

white s1 X purple brain wreck (purple brainwreck i really dont know anything about he was a clone that someone gave me thats what he called it it grows like a pure indica so short and stockey i have bushed them out and dropped them in right when they have roots great results 50-60 days)

i do wanna say everything you guys said goes along with everything i have read thanks hopefully i get something good with them 2 crosses it would be
