The banks have never taken any ones home from them. When you get a mortgage, its the banks house. Anyway, I think UB might be referring to Israel? Maybe trying to get me to look like a hypocrite because he thinks I hate Jews? Fact is I fully support the state of Israel, and their use of force against those who continue to launch missiles and suicide bombers against them. I always get pissed how the US always tries to get Israel to use constraint. I would unleash Israel.

i guess you just decided to turn a blind eye to some of the practices of the banks, especially lately.

I don't blame the banks. They are out to make a profit. Folks signed on that line without knowing what all could happen. You should never just go willy nilly signing a contract.

Haha, troll...
You just posted a bunch of pictures into another thread that were completely devoid of context, much less pertinent to the thread or even any subplot in the thread.

I think you just wish you were a better troll and you're jealous cause Buck knows how to rustle jimmies.

i don't blame the banks for wanting to make a profit either.

what i do hold them to account for are their reckless practices (i.e. selling their hats to each other and then betting on whether the hats would lose value then betting against the bets, knowing that the hats were worth nothing the whole time), but more pertinent to our discussion i hold the banks to account for such practices as robo-signing and fraudulent foreclosures.

capitalism would work better if only more people were honest, instead of vultures bent on making ayn rand proud.

as much as i dislike bignbushy, at least he's attempting to have a debate.

meanwhile, echelon and gagekko are just proving that they have nothing to say but demand acknowledgment that their asses hurt.

it's pathetic and exactly what has been plaguing this site.

a bill that was moved by republicans through congress and which would have been signed by the next republican president if clinton hadn't.

boy, you sure showed me!

congratulations on actually attempting to make a relevant contribution.

Nice try, only 7 dems and 1 repub voted against it... And while Regan made a stupid mistake putting Greenspan in to run the FED, Clinton made and even bigger one renewing his Chairmanship.

Lucky Ruben and Summers provided crucial insight during this period. The later then gets appointed to obamas National Economic Council... PRICELESS
