This is my first grow and i noticed the plant i have left is really light green in the middle of the leaves and it has started to twist. Upon googleing, i think i may have watered to much or have a magnesium deficiency. Would love some feed back, thanks

Also, i am putting up some pics of my setup. I just planted 12 more ;p, would enjoy some feedback on that as well, obviously i need more light later on.
Lights: had 3 5000k 26 watt cfl's on it; i switched to just one because it is only about 2 or 2 1/2 weeks old. light are also on 24/7.
Soil: using only the best lol (miracle grow with moisture control and some perlite).
water cycle: i water it almost until it comes out the bottom of the 1.9 gal pot, then wait like 3 days until it is dry a couple inches down.
temp/humid: temps are around 80-85 and humidity is 40-50.
