Red Stem, not sure if its genetics or plant problem. Help Needed

If your leaves look good, it is probably the strain. If the leaves are looking bad, then you have problems.

those leaves next to the stem looks hungry, so i would say you might have an issue. post up a pic of the whole plant for further diagnosis.

Thats exactly what it appears to be. Add a 1/4 teaspoon of epsom salt per gallon to ur waterings and see how that does. If thats it, u will see a difference after about a week or two. The purple will lighten up

haha, that is so not the case. it's a phosphorous issue, which seems to be locking out mag and any other issues.

if anything you would want to make sure the ph is in range, which could/seems to be your problem, before adding anything.

Get some calmag or Epsom salts... you will be OK!

My p.h is in the 6.0 range. I just started a high phosphorous guano 3 days ago when i put into flowering. I didnt make to strong, didnt want to burn

Looks like a lockout rather than strain. PH could be out causing problems. Check your input and run off and see where your sitting. In hydro you would flush and be done with it but soil will tale a little work and time so get on it now. Ph meter? TDS meter? Grow bible? All of theses will help greatly dial in your system. dude, that pic of the leaves looks hungry. as i suggested, check your ph from runoff, because i am sure that it's low and causing some nutrients to lock out.

Need a picture of the entire plant and more info on your grow. Like soil or hydro, water type ect...for a proper diagnosis. But those that have mentioned Magnesium and or Nitrogen deficiency are most likely on the right track. I doubt its genetic or pH related.

6 in soil is too low...get it up to 6.5-6.8. You can always add the epsom salts later if needed.

We dont know that his mediums pH is 6. I bet he is just pHing his solutions to 6 which has nothing at all to do with his mediums pH. And trying to read the runoffs pH as an indicator of the mediums pH is as futile and foolish as it gets. And it most cases just gets the grower running in circles getting nowhere.
Yes a medium pH of 6.3-6.8 is optimum, anywhere between 6.3-7.8 will grow most plants(cannabis phenos included)just fine.
