what in the world is this white stuff?

oh also at night when my lights are off the temps get as low as 66F degrees everything i have read says that temp is ok but i would like some of you to weight in

It's most likely powdery mildew
Do your research.
That doesn't look like any powdery mildew I've ever seen, it usually appears in small rounds spots that look a tadbit like a layer of a cotton ball.
What that looks like to me is either, thrips or the beginning of mites, but more like a very mild
infestation ofthrips. Try looking at it under a scope see if you see something.
Also is the whole plant affected? or just the top? bottom?
 
might of gone a little over board with the "most likely" comment, used to get it on my flowers all the time, what it looked like to me, still pretty early on in whatever problem it is, sorry for my 2 cents =)

the whole plant is not effected, and I have seen no sign of any kind of insects. I spray something called wipeout and my plants are in an enclosed tent. ill check again it doesnt look like its eating into the leaf just sitting on top of it
