cheers. i shall!yep should be just fine. get some rooting hormone and you're good to go!
I know your meant to use one of the lower branches but can you use the top part of the plant?
hey man yea clonings difficult.I did this with my bubblelicious but the leaves wer way too big and it didnt make it even after a slight trim job on the leaves lol, Im sure it would work, im just crap at clones lol 1 out of 4 take for me lol.
friend and I took 300 clones off of 3 plants , wonder how they are gonna root =SI did this with my bubblelicious but the leaves wer way too big and it didnt make it even after a slight trim job on the leaves lol, Im sure it would work, im just crap at clones lol 1 out of 4 take for me lol.
ahhh thats why bottom cuttings are more usedI think the only difference you may notice when taking cuttings from the top of the plant rather than from the bottom is the time it'll take to root. The last time I cloned my tops, they took about two weeks to show roots. My last clones I grabbed from the bottom, and in 8 days roots were all over the place.
that and alot of people don't want to touch the main light absorber and water taking up leafsIt would seem that the reason more bottom cuttings are used, is the simple fact that there are a lot more bottom cuuting than there are tops.
it does.....roots quickly and the resulting clone is beautiful.I was wondering about this too, because it is just about time to start topping mine. I was thinking that the top might produce one hell of a bud just because it was the TOP of the plant. Make any sense to you?
