What size A/C unit should I get?

Hey guys I have a 9 x 9 x 8 flowering room that is getting way to warm now that summer is here. I want to put a window A/C unit in but not sure what size to get. I have 1 1,000 watt light running, a fan and carbon filter and a dehumidifier running in the room. Is there a formula to figure this out? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have a 10x10 room with 600w and 2 t5's in it. A 5000 btu is enough to keep my temps okay, but I'd get a 6000-7000 if I'd have to do it all over again.
