Big Bang CFL closet grow.

Started a big bang fem from greenhouse 9 days ago. It was growing good, it sprouted in 12 hours from seed. day before yesterday the little pot fell over and the soil got all disturbed. The roots look fine, i put some more soil in and the plant seemed to be fine. it has a half inch of perlite on the bottom and 50% perlite mixed in for good drainage. I watered it (i put it in a dish of distilled water and let the water wick up from bottom) and it sturdied back up and started growing. This morning i checked it and the leaves curled down and are a little crinkled(more than they were it had a bit of wave to it already). the colour is still good. I think maybe its a heat or humidity issue.
Any ideas on it?
Overwatered?
Too much heat? The temp stays around 78-83 during the day, 74-80 at night depending. got a fan in the room all the time, still waiting for vent parts to come. Humidity rite now outside is 61%, bit more for sure in the house.
A/C is gonna be installed today which will take care of humidity and heat for now.
Its my first grow, i already lost 3 fem seeds to mold contaminated soil, im down to 2 plants and a strawberry kush 5 days into germintation still waiting to pop. Got a northern lites coming in the mail from nirvana.

Grow setup currently is 9x32 watt CFL (6 2700k, 3 5600k), mylar'd, light hood/reflectors, (seedling have their own 2x32 watt 6500k). 4x3x7 closet.

I will be updating this Big Bang grow very often.
Pics are of the pot, and when it first sprouted, and how it looks now. I accidentally uploaded a NL pic too(sadly it dies from a moldy cheap soil problem, along with a liberty haze, domina haze, and cheesy dick)

Your humidity should be below 61% in your house.Your temps should be fine if you have adequate air movement..a good breeze blowing:)...the perlite in the bottom and 50/50 mix is fine but why let it soak in water....big no-no....anyway,yes you overwatered....?????.......don't do that:)...let the water drain off...that's all I got.....OYeah,what are those 32w bulbs equivalent to??peace

equivalent to incandescent. Overwatering leads to stunted growth and mold. Most common newbie mistake of all time.

The leaves are still curling down toward the soil. the plant is nice and strong tho. Pretty sure it stopped growing for the moment. I hope it doesnt die.
The soil is pretty dry now, i feel like i should water it, but i will wait and see for another day.

I did a bit of research. I think i obviously shocked the plant when it fell on the floor. But i think when i added dirt back to the pot, i buried most of the stem.
I think burying the stem was probably hurting the plant. I removed about an inch of soil at least, there is alot more stem showing now.
Leaves are still curled, but i hope this does it. Its definitely not too wet. I got a/c installed and my temps are 76-78F. Humidity 55-60%.
Small fan blowing on it. Its about 2-3 inches from the 2x23w 6500K bulbs. It gets light from 8 other bulbs too, they just arent over top of that plant.

I really want the Big Bang from Greenhouse to go good.
P.S. im sprouting a Nirvana Northern Lights rite now too, also a strawberry kush but its been germinating for 7 DAYS NOW and still nothning...maybe its no good.

Plant is doing much better this morning. I gave it some water last nite (soil was bone dry) and unburied a inch or more of stem. Looks like its coming back to life now.
