i have a bagseed plant im doing my first lst on which ive just put in flowering its in mg time release i know mg is not the best choice but it did fine with my last grow but my new growth is warped and sme leaves have holes and some r tore i dont see any bugs and ive looked all day lol anyone know what mite be wrong with my plant?

Are you using HID lights? Are you misting the plants when the lights are on? I cant make out anything from the pics you took.

Sorry it was tha best i could do and i am using cfl lights i was misting but i stopped. all my new growth is warped
