Every female cannabis plant has the ability to produce male flowers. A female from a feminized seed is the same as a female from a regular seed. There is no "hermie trait."

If it is a real hermaphrodite, which is rare, then the seeds will produce male, female and hermaphrodite plants.

If it is a female plant that has for some reason produced male flowers, then the seeds will be feminized. The resulting plants will be just as likely to produce male flowers as the parents.
Figuring out what caused the plant to produce male flowers is what is important. Over feeding and high temps are common ways of stressing a plant.
