This is about my 3rd grow and I've managed to kill seven plants. I haven't gotten any of my plants pass a month, so know I'll just ask for help instead of just wasting my time. This plants are both 13 days old, but the bigger one skyrockets in growth after about day 7-9 but the other isn't. I am using very cheap lights that I found at Wal-Mart that were labeled plant grow lights. The plant light reflector kit is 65 watts , idk how many lumens , the other light, 4200k, lumens 1093. I've used miracle gro for my last failed attempts. This time in using Hydroponex, in still not sure if it's good enough either, it has .07 N, .01 P, .03 K (K2O). The fertilizer I use but in very small amounts, I usually sprinkle about ten of the nutes in both pots and water. I am if God penis but an 150 w HPS light this week, is that enough enough light for just those two plants and small space it's is being grown in? Today the plants are both 14 days old from sprouting, and I just feel as if they have not made progress like the other plants I had. (Although they died) I would love help on any type of information you may have, and I'm determined not to kill these!!!
Do the plants look ok, should I switch soil, what is a good recommendation of bytes in about piece range inst 20$, are the pots a good enough size? (I don't want them to be super big)

My PH levels read neutral, 6.8 - 7.2, 18/6 light cycle. One is pineapple chunk, the other cherry berry, if I which are which

OMG, I should have spell checker before posting, it should say if God permits permits I will buy a 159w HPS, sorry in using Swype... it should also say what recommendation of nutes should I buy, and a price range of about 20$, and old which plant is berry cherry or pineapple. Sorry I'm an ultra noob

You dont need any nutes in at least 2 - 3 weeks from seed, You need light soil mix, add perlite to it, make it as light as possible.

Hello and welcome to the site. I started my first grow the beginning of Feb and just harvested a couple weeks ago. Here's the site that helped me almost as much as this one www.growweedeasy.com . The 150W really wouldn't be enough but you could get it and then supplement it with cfls so if you can get it for a great price go for it, but if you're getting it online you should get the 250W at least (and they say you should try to get at least a 400 for some reason.) There's no way of telling what strain it is by looking, sorry.

Your post is kind of hard to read on my phone so I can't tell what medium you said you were using, but you might be over fertilizing.

Follow that website I gave you step by step and you will get well past that month mark. Good luck!

That long lanky one really shouldn't look like that. it's trying too hard to reach the light. What lights exactly are you using?
All thses tips are purely my opnion. I'm not THE most clued up grower at all, these are just the things i'd suggest.
1) Move the light closer to the plants, about 2-6 inches
2) Do NOT use any nutrients or plant food until it's about 2-3 weeks old.
3) Make sure you don't overwater the plants and that they have drainage. I see that the pot is in a bowl of more soil. Take it out of the big bowl and put a plate or drip tray under the pot. Only water when it starts to dry out.
4) Use CFL's.. If you're using just a normal indoor light bulb then you won't have much success.
5) make sure it's warm enough. Make sure it's between 70-85 degrees during the day (My opinion)
6) Keep the plants humid, with a mister

Idk what stretch Armstrong is our Giraffe OG, the temperature somewhat cm fluctuates because I live in Florida, so if it's hot outside it affects the temps, it's usually at 80-90 degrees when the sun is out, 75 degrees at night time. I have two fans that keeps v the v temps in control. Does anyone know why the other won't grow?

I started the lights I were using in the post, they're cheap lights, I have a 65 watt cfl that has blue coating, will that work?
The cops that you see are designed so that you can directly plant in them another pot after they sprout, I water the soil around the degradable pot, and it absorbs the water through the pot.

Yeah but there still might be a drainage problem. And 1 cfl isn't enough thb. It isn't actually giving off 85 watts, it's an equivalent to 85w. Get a few of them. And your temp should be alright like that, as long as you have air circulation, which you mentioned.

Ok thanks, do you think the HPS light will help the other plant grow? I noticed is losingcolor on the bottom leaves is that do to the drainage?

Yeah HPS's speed up growth ALOT, well from my experiences. And i'm not that experienced and i wouldn't know what the symptoms are for certain problems. But if there is no drainage then you will slowly drown and kill your plants. If i was you i'd put them in a normal pot on a plate or dish of some sort. Then you'll have no drainage issues. Better safe than sorry

Add any type of lights, [you have some cfls lying around], string um in there...
Your plants are light deprived....add more light, fast!, or the plants will kill themselves again...
I usually sprinkle about ten of the nutes in both pots and water.
And this quote of yours /\, WILL KILL ANYBODIES plants

Mix your nutes in warm water first, NEVER 'sprinkle' any nute product on your plants... read the directions! Mix first....

Some of that stuff comes in pellet form that you just mix in the dirt. I had assumed that's what OP was referring to. I hear you though.
