Could someone help me diagnose my plant please !

I am trying to figure out what is wrong with the plant but i am having problems been using Epsom salt as a source of mag cal-mag will be here on Tuesday hopefully :( but i have bee reading all the deficiencies and cant quite figure it out

first grow
feed schedule - every 24/48 hours or when low
600w HPS 24in above
indoor grow
Nutes - Dyna-gro: bloom-12ml, and pro-tekt-4ml, into 1gal
Epsom salt foliage spray 3/4 teaspoon per gal
type of grow Hempy 2L with 100% perlite
3 1/2 to 4 wk into flower
genetics: bag-seed

plant history: first started off in mg soil . . . . then i noticed a nute burn / overfert so i transplanted into a 2l hempy 100% perlite from a hydroshop instead of the mg brand which i now hate the plant has been doing 100% better since transplanted then i waited 1-2 weeks to switch to flower after transplant the black dots that you see started to show up around 2nd week of flower and thought it was a mag deficiency so used Epsom salt as a foliage spray now the problem is spreading to more leaves and I am currently on week 4 of flower.

any help will be greatly appreciated

feed schedule is this one

Be patient man, wait more than 10 mins.
First off, Epsom only gives Mg, not Ca.
I understand you wanting to go straight perlite if you didn't know any better and were getting a burn, but now you must feed, as perlite unless MG has no nutes, and even if MG has very little.
Usually, black, or very dark spotting is a P deficiency,
Any idea what your PH is or last time you fed anything?

Im not using anything to do with MG i switched to Dyna-gro Bloom and pro-tekt and a solution of 2% epsom salt and everytime i feed the ph is about 5.7 - 6.0 tap water i havent added any cal to it just mag im waiting for my cal-mag to come in the mail i am using the Dyna-gro feed schedule

I did not say "MG", I said 'Mg', and YES, you DID say you started off in MG soil.

There is a big difference between Miracle Grow and Magnesium.
What I was trying to say, is Epsom will only provide "Mg", NOT "MG"
For soilless, you want to stay as close as you can to 5.8 on your PH.
Don't get lazy, and think close is good enough.PHRANGECHART_zpsddd4a5c5.gif
If your PH is off you will not be able to take advantage of the nutes in the medium, but looking at your pics, I think you're overfeeding them IMO.
