Subcool seeds bad customer service

I have sent 30 emails or more to subcool seeds over the past 4 months with not one response. I have been a weed nerd fan for a long time and I buy Subcool seeds and have been a faithfull customer and if I need customer support I would expect a reply. I know sub does not care about his customers but you would think he could reply to his customers emails. I can buy DNA, Sin City, Rare Dankness, BC Bud Depot, Cali Connection or a hundred other companies and I could also go to some very good places down in San Jose to buy cuttings but I still buy Subs seeds to support his company. It seems like the more success he sees the less he cares about us. I still love you for creating top notch genetics that never fail to be stable and produce down right bomb meds but don't lose sight of us. You are one of the coolest cats in the industry.

This is a lie I answer every e-mail and spend a few hours each day doing so.
Your doing something wrong mate or asking a question I can't legally answer simple.
My assumption is you are NOT e-mailing the proper place.
No one has e-mailed me 30 x in my life as a business man even someone that e-mails me just a fuck you gets a response after a few try's
Now enjoy while dozens of happy customers explain we have incredible service and almost direct contact with me.

This doesn't sound right. Make sure your e mail's are going tobthe correct address. I've always heard back from the company within a week. Or if its about SuperSoil, that might be the reason your not getting a response

This is completely not the experience that I had with subcool. In fact sub was more helpful than any customer service I have ever had. Without going into detail sub more than made up for what could be called nature and did so with emailing back within a day, usually quicker than I emailed him. Just wanted to say this was not my experience and that my experience actually made me respect the company a lot more and especially a lot more than any of the clone nurseries or companies clearly after your money. I felt that Sub actually cared/wanted me to love his product as much as him.

Subcool is one of the most no nonsense, down to earth, reasonable people I've ever known, and I've never even met the cat. He puts himself out there constantly and is very accessible. Not to mention the ELITE genetics. If you have a question that is not common sense or one to two mouse clicks away, then I'm sure you'll catch his attention with it.

Subcool has always been one of the most approachable and gracious breeders in the industry. He has consistently shown compassion for those not as fortunate, given away tons of freebies and advice to just about anyone who puts in the effort and seems to be an all around decent human being.One of my orders on the tgaclothing.com site was missing an item when it arrived. Within 1 hour I had an email reply and a promise to replace the missing item,which arrived two days later. Excellent service,I only wish more companies had the same integrity and overall approach.

hay Sub wud up bro its awsome out here in michigan bro. you know me im a true Team Green Avenger but these last pach of seed i got where duds i only got 1 girl out of 10 and 4 did not pop on my qush and i only got 1 zip a plant out of 4 in dwc i gotta break even at least.I lost money off this crop. the 10 pack of Q-train none cracked dude and the 5 pack of AOS hermied on me i lost time n cash sub im not biching. I give all the resepect in the wold to you and tell every one to grow tga gear. its just im haveing bad luck im my life right now my car got shot up because flint is insane and my family is stappimg me in the back and i really couldnt afford to take a loss.could you hook me up with some good seeds from you my dont even come in tubes like yours do. i whould relly apreaciate it Sub T- WRECK if possable and you pick out the other one bro. You would relly help me out and get back on my feet.

My thoughts EXACTLY dude I always end up having the TGA strains I want sold out when I go to order and end up picking up something else (I have a wishlist like 300 strains long, and impulse problems obviously) but after this thread and seeing the business ethics and hands on approach SUB takes that quite honestly dont exist ANYWHERE today, let alone in the business we choose to involve ourselves with here, I WILL be taking WHATEVER steps I need to get my hands on some TGA genetics (Even if that be patience) SUB you may want to THANK the original poster ...He is effectively creating loyal customers for you with some of them having yet to do business with you yet! Lemons or Lemonade dude?? Right?

just popped some things from TGA and 24 of the 25 popped and they are looking good. Maybe check the ph in your water and also make sure your using proper soil that doesn't have a high NPK ratio.
