Strain specific canna-butter! Lavender!

I decided to have my wife try strain specific butter since I have it all separated, and this lavender strain butter has some crazy layers to it! Has Anyone seen these colors in a butter from a very dark purple flower? damn I tripped out when I came home from work and saw this! I guess it's separated plant matter?

I am going to do a side by side taste test with this butter and blue cheese butter to see if there is much of a difference in flavor! has anyone done this yet? terpenes and flavanoids? what happens during the baking process?

our gdp butter is always much darker. id wash that butter again btw

Wash again? I don't compute! I make hash my wife makes butter! Can you elaborate so I can relay the wash info?

Do you mean re melt and strain?

yeah remelt with more water, restrain, refreeze/cool...i do this 3 times minimum. its amazing how much stuff comes out onthe 2nd and 3rd wash
