AE Theres 2 Trainwreck clones now vegged for 30 days , and they are going to my boys cupboard for flowering at the weekend as I only agreed to veg them up for him till he got a grow closet going of his own, but I fancy the look of them and they will be winging over to his house minus a few clones. Theres also 3 Nirvana Northern Lights about 4 weeks old and on their 6th nodes, tried tying down 2 of these and topped the other after 3 nodes to see how all of this tying and topping business works out, I used to be a basic disorganised attic growing but now loving the closet and liking the technical challenge of getting my act together there, I realise there are far better ways to do it than letting your plants grow into xmas trees, so this will be a learning experience for me.

ahhh man pure honey oil is a gift from the gods, I whited out once smoking honey oil but ate a candy bar and felt much better. Just remember if you feel like you are going to pass out its because your blood sugar dropped and all you need is some sugar like a cookie or a soda and you will feel much better, green crack is the only green that made me white out as well so I drank a vitamin water and felt better in five minutes.

were behind you guys, but catching up quick... think were half way through your last season md but in case ill not give out any more info, wouldn`t like to spoil it on you, and i haven`t the heart to watch it online, my lappy is old so has no hdmi connection, and my tv is 50inchs so i watch it on teresstial tv over here, tg4 is our irish speaking channel...

love the strains, and your bang on with the topping and learning how to train them, its all about the knowledge, once you get the hang of it theres no going back, you`ll want to learn and do more....

now you have got your head arounf topping you should loo into supercropping, its as simple as pinching the branch to a degree, you want to roll it in your fingers to soften the fibers in the branch while slightly squeezeing them together once the branch begins to bend is enough, let it alone for a few days even a day in some cases and it will recover but allows light to get in at the popcorn buds lower down and increase your yeild even further, might only be a few grams in the grand scheme of things but hey it all adds up...

it might tae you a few goes to get used to how much to squeeze etc but you`ll get it, best to practice on some garden plants etc, anything really before you try on your girls, last thing you want to do is damage them...

@AE: yeah they get rotated but the ones under the light always get bigger, hope they are done stretching by now, they are all clones except the green crack

suppercropping can be done on an untopped plant aswell bilbo, be sure you think you have it down first, its easy to snap off a branch at first, and you can do it at different stages of growth too, best to let them get up a bit first tho, and after say wee two or three of flower i wouldn`t bother, they have enough wor to do them by produceing buds, it takes a toll on them and lie said some recover over night but others may take a few days so it all adds to the grow time...

and when your eager to chop and got no weed those extra days count...

ps.. md love the purpleing leaves... only time i`ve seen even slight purp was when i had temp trouble and it went really cold...

the stretch always comes at the worst time hahahahaha... i have only managed one or two grows where canopy was even all the way to the end, not the end of the world tho..

whats the expected outcome of this one? or do you gauge each grow for yeild or just let it happen if that makes sence to you?

All actually but the middle lady, tough to describe w/o inflating the thread pretty bad, haha. Journal`s in my sig, New Update will bring you to closest update of relevance, and I document everything pretty much as a tutorial more than anything. Call it my test-and-show tent, OG18 is my staple, the Cataract is a first-time run me :D

Depends on how many heads you`re shootin for, but generally for a solid 8-head foundation you`ll want 50-60 days of veg as a minimum, each pass of cuts takes the plant another week before the next set can be cut (depending on how quick they recover and thrive again).

That run of Cataract, the Leader on the left side is 47 days from sprout and has just recovered from her second big topping and training. Will wait for Sunday to top again, and the following Sunday we`ll be hitting the switch. The middle plant is a WWxNL cross, topped and there will be 2 more Burmese Kush from THSeeds going in as well the following Sunday after flower :)
