end of flowering stage (day 45) auto-flowering, leaves curling down and yellowing

Hey everyone, I need help. I've actually read a ton of forums, but cannot decide between a few problems what I'm having. It seems to be either Potassium deficiency, Nitrogen deficiency, or just heat stress. I use FFoF, have had no problems up until now. I use a 400W HPS for 2 plants in a closet-grow. I do not believe it's over-watering because it was actually a couple days ago that I ran them pretty dry. Maybe too dry?? I've been feeding organic FFoF Tiger Balm and Big Bloom never at full strength...even though I'm late in flowering, I go half to 3/4 strength and with those FFoF's, they are such a "light" mix that there's no way it's nute burn. I watered heavily after running them dry, just for a day. I use filtered tap water from the Pur pitcher, and it has consistently read 7.0 ph. My soil has stayed at exactly 7 pH (not sure if it's because i got this crappy pH meter by Rapitest) the whole grow. I wanted it a bit lower so a couple weeks ago I used lemon juice. Didn't change pH much. Just a few days ago I used a good 4-5 tablespoons of vinegar in 1 gallon of water to mix with water when not using nutrient feed. Could it be that I used too much vinegar??

Seems like perfect timing from time i put in the vinegar to now, that it would reach the branches and affect them.

Just want a professional to take a look at the images though, and tell me which they think it is. Thanks!

Either way, I think my best route is flushing, then foliar feed affected areas with one of my nute mixes....Help please? Or does anyone really think this is part of the normal "end of flowering" yellowing??DSC03302.jpgDSC03303.jpgDSC03304.jpgDSC03305.jpg

It honestly looks really immature and like it has many weeks to go. Is it only day 45 from seed?

Doesn't look like heat stress and definitely not under watered. I'd say if it showed up after you dumped lemon juice and vinegar on it, you might be looking at the cause and effect.

You are several weeks from harvest.

If you grow in soil, just add dolomite to your mix and throw your Ph meter away, no need to worry about it again.

Flush Flush you're burnin' em up! No wait, they're starving, add more nutes!

LOL, gotta love it.

Looks like heat stress to me. Folded up burnt margins at on the leaves closest to the light. Heat stress can cause deficiencies, potassium for one. It can also inhibits the plants ability to take water.

I think trying to adjust the pH of the water is unnecessary and probably just causing more problems. You wont see deficiencies with pH 7 water in good soil.

Move the light further from the plants, blow a fan on the tops and the light and have a fan blowing cool air from the floor up at the light. Flush the plants with plain water to get rid of any excess salt buildup, give them time to dry a bit and then feed them. They should be taking full strength nutrients now.

DO NOT foliar feed during flowering.

You have a ways to go regardless of whether it is an auto flower or not-- that 45 days you are looking at should be 45 days of active flowering (at the very least!)

You need to follow the Fox arms feeding schedule- it changes every week and you have to mix it right or you lock them up...
and vinegar/lemon juice are NOT the way to adjust your pH- they only work short-term and will start to decompose/ferment in the soil- locking up all the available nitrogen...
flush them with bottled water from the grocery store (the cheapo $1 a gallon filtered Spring Water) and wait 3-4 days then feed them according to how far they are into their flower period according to the chart below...
Remember- the last 4 "recommended" products are NOT a necessity!

Those gals look like they are only in week 3 or so of flower... they could be stunted due to stress- but that means you still need to give them extra bloom time...

Good Luck! ;)

They are overdosing on something. If you want to ph your water just buy any cheap aquarium ph drop kit. I would look pretty sour too if I was drinking vinegar and lemon juice. I used to ph with vinegar but it didn't last and wasn't worth it to me. I don't think I used more than a tbs per gal though.

looka like a calcium/magnesium deficency, Mix in 1-2 tsp calmag per gallon of water your next feeding....very common problem with autos I have found

you can burn the crap out of autos if you give them full nutes. i would go really low on the nutes with them.

lol....Thats a new one.

I have grown several autos and have NEVER had such an issue with several nute brands....

Also lol at "end of flowering stage"
