Pre flowering Male/Female? pics

Hi all~thanks for taking time to read this post~This is my first grow and I'm just hoping i can get some bds for the first time.. and it's still in the veg cycle, so I don't know if these are pre flowers.. or.. just .. can't tell, it's just been a while and I'm thinking to do some clonings tomorrow, since they're getting a bit too tall... and there are three strains- white widow, T44 .. and one's the skinny thin leaf "red" something.. or something red.. all comments are welcome! please have a look, I'll post more pics of my kids next time, and could some one give me a hint about male or female.. thank you~

about ...10 weeks into veg, because I'm waiting for some other small ones to grow bigger so i can switch to 12/12
Light is using a 400W HPS and have 5 white 6500k 28W CFLs down the bottom for the younger kids..

Check at the nodes.. (this is not cannabis, but all plants have nodes/internodes etc) This is where you will be able to sex your plants, and it's not just on the main stalk they will show up all over the nodes when the plant shows its sex..


Look for these properties.. (this is a cannabis diagram)

It's too hard to tell, you have to just watch it closely, I see that Calyx but I cant tell if its a male or female.

No they are not leafs. Think of them as the belly button above you penis or virgina. Both girls and boys have them. but they are not your legs or arms. Hope this analoge might have helped some.

I really feel that most new growers worry to much about the sex of the plants. If you read these threads on sexxings, and just relax and grow your buds. You will have no question about which is male and female way before they have been polinated. If you want to take clones now. take 2 clones from each plant and lable them so you know which plant they came from. when the original plant shows sex, if that one is a male, then kill the clones that came from that plant also. Male plants do not show one day and later that afternoon pollinate the females. This all takes time. So relax. You will know when it is time.

Cool~ and thats what I have just done today, I wasn't worried at the begining, but as it developed.. and started to like like balls, that just got me worried a bit.. well thanks for the advice!
