Take the cuttings now. I use rapid rooters for the cuttings, after they root I put them into a soil type growing medium, promix will work. Do u have a dome?

Yes, keep'em wet/moist. I spray the dome also, u wanna make it as humid as u can.

My son bought a clone a few years ago against my advice, the caretaker let the mother begin blooming before cutting clones. It continued to flower, he tried reverting it by switching it to long light periods and all, but like I told him it was too late and he was wasting time. He wouldn't believe me, kids know everything, so when he finally gave in he had a fairly nice plant despite the abuse but he also wound up losing most of it to mold and fungus. None of the other plants were affected.

you can stil grow it out to reveg. i like to take my clones in the 2nd week of flower and it comes out fine all the time.

stick to what you r doing. start them on 12 & make the show what they are, then clone. top the plants after you find out what they are & the will go right back to veg right away. i dont know y people just let them sit thats just stupid. & if you have funds to build a hydro you could put them in there for a few weeks to speed up the growth then put them outside & you really wont miss any time at all.
