we all have that in the back of our minds, every second, every day. is it worth what you love vs the consequences? even jail time? me, having spent time in prison for weed, and getting out now, i say it's time, i will grow again. soon, very soon. like I'm ordering seeds

No, I am not afraid of getting caught. Infact, being that I am a very blunt person I am not afraid to say that I found out I failed an Army piss test yesterday. Yes people I am in the Army. Go ahead and say that i am a fucking retard and "PISSED" my future away. News flash .. I DIDN'T.


Just curious OP, how much ism did you have to land you in jail?

no why would i worry? im completely legal where i live. im not afraid of the feds. i've never heard of anyone getting busted by fed that has been following state law. in fact i've had feds see my grow. it was at a friends and someone that was staying there did something really stupid. place got raided they seen the plants, the setup, everything! they were really cool about it. they got there man and never returned. funny thing is, it's even in a school zone. they didnt care about that either. you have a few plants, and a couple ounces of weed to smoke big fucking deal. they wont do shit if you stay small time. the people that get caught are the ones who have a shit load of weed drying at once or massive quantities. where i live you can caregive for 5 people and yourself. you can legally have 15 ounces of weed if you have 5 patients and yourself since it's 2.5 ounces per person. i dont understand why people need more than that. the way i do it is have a constant harvest every week or a plant a week. i stay on a smaller scale though. i usually dont have more than 10 ounces even though i can have 15. it's not just cops you gotta worry about. word gets out you have a lot of weed or money, especially in a small town, people will travel pretty damn far to rob you!

now during prohibition fuck yeah i was scared. even did get popped when i was young but it was small time.

a retard for joining the army or a retard for failing the test? lol j/k no you didnt piss your future away. i know several people that have failed a piss test and got dishonorably discharged however they are all doing really good except 1 person but drugs or not he was bound to be a fuck up.

Honestly there are 8 dispensaries I can practically throw a rock and hit, it's crazy they are popping up everywhere, driving a few blocks you pass 5 signs saying "CANNABIS" with an arrow pointing at the store. So the cops would have to drive by all these businesses with pounds of concentrates and products to get to my house for my 400w....

It is HIGHLY unlikely that he received a DD, more likely a GOTH. You have to commit a serious crime IE: Murder, rape, robbin a bank etc. A huge felony.

I don't worry about it, if it happens it happens. I was a MMJ user but due to the assholes in the legislature here I can't justify spending about $1000 a year for the right to be pain free and keep my head from exploding. I can probably form a defense as an EX MMJ patient who will never fully be recovered.
