Anyone know where in the law it states how much concentrates u can have.
Ben wondering this for awhile can't find it

I believe in the intergalactic rules of the universe that governs all solar systems planets and nations within said planets states that you can have as much concentration as the task requires, but only one can of orange juice concentrate.

Maybe you can be more specific people might be able to answer your questions, does your mom know your on this site?

Why would anyone expect people in the CALIFORNIA specific sub forum to cater to people who are not in California? It just shows how short sighted and narrow minded some people are that they think that the entire world needs to cater to them. If the question was asked in the general concentrates forum then you might have a point. But as it is all you are doing is being a douche for no real reason.

This is the California forum, for people in California to discuss things local to them. If you are not in California, why come in here? None of this has anything to do with you. Our laws, how we do things here, where we go, etc. None of your business.

BTW, I saw the original post and I understood it.

In all honesty, when I posted I didn't realise I was in the california forum , call it ignorance, but the original question was still very vague, and Fuck you Comatoke and quit PM'ing me it's fucking weird I don't even know you.

As far as what I know about Cali laws(and I very well could be wrong), Anything usable is considered into your carry limits, does not matter what form it is in.
So if 8 oz usable is your limit, 6 oz bud, 1 oz wax, 1 oz bho. etc etc.

Trim would may be considered usable if you got busted, but I wouldnt worry about it.
If you like precautions, put trim into bags stating they are Unusable: To be Processed. or something along those lines.
No guarantee it would work, but its better than it being left in the open, and you having zero defense.

some advice when it comes to bud overages as well, coming from a Lawyer here in Michigan:
Curing medicine is not considered usable if you have them sealed and have a cure start and finish date on the jar.
So say you trimmed a plant and are jarring today, put the cure finish date as 2 months from now just to be safe.

In CA SB420 struck down all limits. Now if you are over their 'suggested max' 8 oz, 6 mature plants or 12 immature then you may get to go to court and make your argument.

If your doctor who recommended Cannabis can support the amount you grow/use then you are ok, unless the DEA chooses to step in.

Concentrates are lumped into the same category as buds but again LEO is aware it's concentrated form so you need medical documentation to support it.
