CFL's 4 Sockets

Hey new to this but i think i got what i need but im concerned with my lighting dont want to mess up my first batch I bought 8 cfls four being 2700k 23 watts 1600 lumnes and the other four being 23 watt 5000k daylight 1600 lumens what should i do when i first grow it when it comes to light set up help please

Well I use the 6500k as it's closer to the blue light spectrum, but I put a mix of the 65s & 27s...like 3 6500k to 1 2700k ratio for veg and just the oposite for flower...good luck and welcome to RIU...

I veg with 104w of 5000k and 115w of 2700k, but that's more 2700 than most guys use.

Oh ya, it's good, that's what I started with and still have a few, as long as you're within the blue light spectrum.

i am using all 5000k cfl's for my veg.

thanks man i appreciate it ima use 3 5000k and 1 2700k on my autos hope alll goes well but waiting on my seeds hope they come thru
