high ph w ph perfect in dirt.. iron deficienty

only a couple grows under my belt. been using an ph perfect micro, grow, bloom in my dro system with great results. set up a second system with dirt. figured id pinch some pennies and try using my ph perfect nutes with the dirt. the first couple weeks everything was looking good. now the last week ive been seeing an iron deficiency due to my ph being high. my question is can i use lemon juice or some ph down with the dirt and ph perfect? i flushed four days ago, ph is still 7.5. i guess ive been lucky with dro system and not having any deficiencies. kinda wishing i built another bucket system instead of messing with these dirt pots. the ph of the gallon of water ive been feeding is spot on everytime at 5.8. im using ff happy frog soil, plants are 12-18 inches fourth week of veg. any ideas would be great...

I have the same nutes.
If you are using soil you should PH your water/feed to 6.3-6.5.
You should try coco. It's cheap and the 5.8 ph is perfect for coco.

NO LEMON!
It degrades, heats up, and locks up the nitrogen as well as attracting bugs.
Get some proper pH up and down.. it's cheap!

IF the bottle or chart does not say how to use with soil, it is not formulated for it and shouldn't be used... Coco is not considered a "soil" grow- it is inert and treated like a hand-watered (or drip) hydro grow... ;)

I'm new to coco my self. I just started using it 2 weeks ago.
Just get the bricks that you add water to.

The first pic is the day I transplanted to coco, and the second is 12 days later.

nice. are you using anything other than the micro, bloom, grow?
I got Bud Blood, Big Bud, and Carbo Load samples free with my order, so I've been using that too.

Edit: I'm only using that additives because they were free. I would be using just the nutes, and molasses.

Overall, I think you're on the right track to watch your pH, even with the system.

I would give the pH adjusting a try, and give AN's customer service line a call since they've been really helpful for me when things like this have happened.

I use sensi two part ph perfect in soil and as long as you adjust your ph after you mix all your nutes you will be fine I've only been using it for a couple months but no problem so far
