First Winter/Spring grow

Alright guys i got two clones early January and managed to reveg them bitches and im about 2 weeks into flower. I bring them in at 630p everyday to light deprive em and its working great! Just thought id let people know it can be done! They're Sour Diesel in 5 gal smartpots and FFOF soil, using FF nutes too. Looking good eh?

Thanks Dyna Ryda...it is a bitch moving them in every evening and out every morning but it helps to have CFLs on a timer just in case I forget or leave town...so its not too bad and well worth it so far

@SBW nice bro you got any pics? What strain you running? A lot of people here say it can't be done but I'm glad I tried...I went thru my spring harvest faster than expected bc I quit my job and decided to sell most of it for bills n shit but I should be able to harvest these girls by late April early May and will last me until October/spring crop harvest time...I'm starting my usual spring grow April 1st so I think I found a way to get two harvests each year...these girls were not planned for but I made it work!

they are cookies...i had extra moms, that i didn't have room for...abm was talking about a spring grow...and i was like fuck it...why not..
im pretty sure this will fail..i spent like zero dollars so it's not a big deal......im going to try and do light dep...but idk, they don't look super happy...cold nights and rain....should of made a makeshift greenhouse...
plus i should of put them out before i did...live and learn...

So just wanted to drop an update....the girls are doing great! Pistils are barely starting to turn brown/red and the bud sites are frosty as fuck! For a winter grow they seem to be doing just as well if not better. I definitely like these girls more than my MK last spring but its probably better genetics...anyway i think I got about 3-4 weeks left if not more...I want to let these girls swell and get real amber looking! Yellowing seems normal, nothing too crazy...

Would you guys suggest some heavy feeding? I feel like I never give enough and like i didn't my last grow...currently they get 3 tsp of Tiger Bloom once a week (or every other watering) and 2tbsp of Jamaican Bat guano every two weeks. All leftover nutes from last year

They look great. I've been growing all winter. Gots some 4 footers at 5 weeks in. Just harvested a batch a bit ago. In the really cold months they are in a hoop house with a heater. I leave them out all day and night. Good to go as long as they are in full flower mode at least till the first or middle of may when the summer girls go out.

Thanks 420tycoon I'll keep updating as I go...and I agree flip flops are awesome for gardening haha


And I'm too scared to just leave them out, especially since they're already used to going to bed early haha got my spring/summer grow preppin so maybe I'll try next year

The girls are starting to swell but still got a couple weeks to go....turns out they're Sour OG Kush and not Sour Diesel so I'm looking at an 8-9 week flower as opposed to 10-11. Good news I guess but we will have to see how accurate my friends memory is...he gave me the clones and I've smoked the mothers that he harvested so I'm expecting good things...seems like some strong genes!
