Is there any nutrients in that medium? It looks pretty bad so I don't want you to get your hopes up. Stop watering now. Wait till it gets dry. Then flush with plain water or phed water and try to flush. That second part is if you added any nutes.
No nutrients added - none what so ever. The soil is bio bizz all mix - some people tell me the soil mixture is too hot for seedlings..
They were bone dry already man, since the morningm haven't watered since yesterday morning. So i'll flush them now, others told me
they look dry too, so i've watered them now, straight to the bottom of the pot.

Flush? A fucking seedling? Quit watering so much, get a fan going to move air AROUND the plant area and not on the plant directly (yet). Put a low watt CFL about 6 inches above. In a few days she will straighten up if you don't drown her before.

Yeap! I'd just like to update you guys and anyone else who may come across the same problem.
My mistake was indeed the soil, and the jiffy cups. The soil was way too strong, bio bizz all mix, dutch stuff, pretty much cooked my seedlings because it was heavy in nutrients.
The jiffy cups are just an oven under a 600w hps! It just absorbed any moisture out of the already shit soil, and then the light evaporated it.
What i've changed, bought way lighter soil, with smaller perlite
Lowered my ballast to 400w, and bought small plastic square pots to keep the moisture in.
ALSO, i've got myself a nice bunch of seeds. In the room now: 2 Lemon Diesel (Emerald Triangle seeds), 4 Liberty HAze (Barneys Farm), 1 Blue Dream (Dinafem), and the 1 misty original that survived my desert-like atmosphere a few days back and oh boy how she's flourished!

i grew one plant once in biobizz all mix from seed it`s a very bad ideea,you can`t flush because everythime you flush more nutrients add up from the nitrogen in the soil.
it`s heratic all mix is good only after 1 month of veg in light mix than 1m of veg in 50/light mix 50/all mix and then full all mix
Your plants are as good as compost for your next crop.
