There is something about coupes v. hardtops that I admit is subjective, but ...
Original Viper? Didn't like it. GTS? Ohhhh yeah.
Bim Z4? No thanks, until they made the coupe. Now that's a cute little zoomer.
The extreme example for me is Boxster/Cayman. I find the Cayman to be stunning, almost as nice as the 206/246 Dino in its day. But the Boxster leaves me wincing every time I see one.

Guess I'm just not a ragtop fan. cn

the funny thing is i'm not really crazy about either the boxster or the cayman tbh.. you picked pretty much the only 2 porsche models i'm not a fan of, lol..
the new boxsters though are supposed to be a very nice piece of kit going from all the reviews it's getting.. still don't fancy it much though..

i actually like the z4 estate i guess is the correct term to use for today's station wagon for the most part.. they're odd, but i kind of like them..

lol thanks cannabineer, with that and a dollar, i'm able to buy a cup of coffee in the morning.. :D

i have to say i'm an addict in more ways than one.. what ever i'm interested in, i need to know as much as i possibly can... what ever that may be at the time, be it weed strains, f1, or just cars in general, i'm never happy until i learn as much as i can..

I was that way with my hobbies as well. There was the day when I could talk your ears off about single-action revolvers, premium astro optics, andor the '90 vintage. Now ... I just nod and smile to cover up my brain being like a steel ... sponge. cn

oh, who are you kidding c/n, i can still see that very much in you.. one of the reasons i've always liked you so much.. you retain way more info than i'd ever hope to learn, and we have a lot of similar interests, and i just love your sense of humor as it's a lot like mine, only on steriods.. :D
