First of all, you can't abort a baby. You abort an embryo. Big difference.

I don't find this to be "anti-woman" at all. 3 months is plenty of time to find out you are preg and take care of the "problem tissue" as they call it.
Some things I find weird:
The fetus grows in the womans body and is embedded in her uterus. To get rid of a 3month and up fetus risks damaging the womans uterus. So its not just getting rid of a "growth", it is also a procedure that affects the fertility of the woman.
The fetus only HALF belongs to the woman. There was a man involved remember? If the fetus resulted from consensual sex, shouldn't the man have a right in saying what happens to HIS half?
