Sounds perfect for vegging. Suggest adding just 1 2700K for each 3 6500K lights used. Just a suggestion. And Kelvin is a fixed rating. Multiple bulbs 6500K = 6500K. Whether 1 or 1000 of them.

Add one "red" bulb for better overall plant development. For every 3 bulbs that are 6500K add one 2700K. Those are very easy to find anyplace bulbs are sold, unlike the 6500K.

6500K presents a spectrum more like Spring and early summer.

2700K presents more like mid-to-late summer and early Fall.

When your flowering starts then you reverse the lighting. More 2700K with a little 6500K. Many use the bulbs in a 3:1 ratio.

Ok let me brake it down. Am I correct ? Veg -3 bulbs 6500k + 1 bulb 2700k this will equal more blue spectrum Flowering - 3 bulbs 2700k + 6500k this will equal more red

no avrg time frame. the hight of your room and how patient you are dictate how long to veg. I veg 2+ months but for a first run 4 weeks is ok. I take clones in veg and veg them while the first plant is flowering. a plant can tripple in size when switched to flower so hight of room -18" for light is how high you want to end up so veg until your plant is 1 third that hight
