Yea, it is totally possible. A lot of new growers actually have this problem by accident. If you put a sexually mature plant outdoors in early spring, it will begin to flower because the hours of light per day still are not long enough. You could veg your indoor plant until spring, then gradually harden it off, bringing it outdoors. Once the plant has been hardened off and outdoors, it would then begin to flower because of the lighting period. You could flower inside then gradually move outdoors, but Once a plant has begun to flower, it really disrupts the plant, moving it, it may cause it to go into shock and stop growing. So maybe veg indoors, then early spring, after last frost, slowly harden the plant off and it should begin to flower. Theres a possibility, that if you do succeed in flowering your plant, once the bud matures, you can cut it off, leaving some vegetation matter on the plant, and it will begin to reveg, start growing, and then begin to flower in the fall for the second time.
