About to do my first harvest

I am about to harvest my first grow and thought that i would post some pics. I have two BC God Bud in thier 7th week of flowering. I flushed them after i took the pictures so they are about a week away from harvest. These were grown in miracle grow, veged under t12's, flowered under 2 400 watt hps, and nearly killed numerous times, lol. Early in flowering I was concerned about the buds as they appeared black. Turns out that they are purple. If any of you decide to grow this variety, make sure you have plenty of room because they are really bushy. The plants grew to a final height of about 3 1/2 feet.(flowered at 12 inches)

The pics are actually of 2 different plants. I started with three and one was a boy.

Thanks, the plant in the top picture developed buds of a purple color, and the plant in the bottom picture has normal color buds. It had me worried at first but it turned out ok.

This was a soil grow. I used miracle grow and perlite. I won't be using miracle grow again since it has time released nutes it is difficult to know how much fertilizer to add to the plant. I have started my second grow and am using Fox Farm Ocean Forest, worm castings and perlite. Thanks for looking
