Well, she's still growing and I think I've figured out the problem: It was too cold in the fridge, which caused a phosphorous lockout. Most of the time it was sitting around 68-70 degrees and only warming up to 75-78 degrees for a couple hours in the evening when I am home and awake with the heater on. I didn't think this was also an issue as I was treating a slight magnesium deficiency, and it was pretty far advanced before I figured out there was an additional problem. Well, like a dumbass, I kept increasing nutrient levels until I almost killed it. It's running low 80's in the fridge now, and she's only getting water for 24 hours now. She seems to be improving.
I'm still trying to figure out why I forgot everything I know about growing plants, and noobed out on her with the nutrients. All I can come up with is that I've been really busy with work, so I haven't been able to really pay too close of attention to her. Lesson learned... at least she is still in veg.
