Well, not to get off the subject of growin', cuz Lord knows I'm lovin' it, everything about it actually!!! But I have a tendancy...well, to over do things sometimes, but if you're a gamer like me (well not like me cuz I'm 45...lol) well maybe, anyhow she thinks my monitor is a little big for a computer. WHAT!!! I don't think so...what do you think??

that is a tv my friend haha. what do you play? only pc games i was into were the old shooters, starcraft 1, warcraft 3 and recently ut2004 and starcraft 2.

plants look good. that is a great fluro setup. i wish i could run something like that.

i cant claim ownership of that crazy rig unfortunatly. it is something i saw posted on eve online a long time ago. the guy built it so he could basicly fly his own fleet from one machine.

Thanx man, still ALOT to learn with the growin' but getting some really good advice and knowledge here on these pages....And ya I play a few online games, right now it's Max Pain 3, kinda generic but fun as hell. I've Played MW# and some other like it, but if you're playin without a controller you're dieing real fast...Just got a logitech wireless controller, so I may go try it again..lol

Nah, that's not too big. I hook my pc up to a 46" tv when I play games, but I'm sitting 10 feet away on the couch. I have a 23" monitor at home and two 24" monitors at work. Anything smaller is hard to work with for a serious PC user.

Good luck playing FPS with a controller on PC. A mouse is way faster and more accurate. Compare select and clicking icons/links on your screen with a mouse vs moving the cursor around with analog sticks. Many developers (modern warfare 3 for example) implement auto aim in console FPS to compensate for using analog sticks to aim.

I do use an xbox controller for a lot of games though... like grand theft auto, street fighter, need for speed, sports games. But for FPS, there's no way.
