Killahz dead on with No ppm meter required following the hempy method and lucas formula, though as stated proper pH is a must to getting the results you want. Finding that sweet spot is very strain dependant as some like it lower in nute strength and some like it hot as hell.
I have to disagree with Not Needing a PPM Meter and Not Keeping track of your PPM's. I know many growers get away without them JUST FINE,, But I like to know how much I am pushing my girls (or if I am not pushing them enough), and know that I am not going to burn them up with my next feed, as well, when I hit that SWEET SPOT, I would like to have a number to put behind that face. To me, not knowing how many PPM's I am feeding, is kinda playing the guessing game, but to each his own. In my opinion, if you want to do it right, learn what PPM's are, and how it works. I think this will certainly give you more knowledge of your grow and better certainty when you take your next step.
Also,, Just an FYI INDOOR SUN KING -- I mix my nutes the Following Late Afternoon, check my PPM's, PH to 5.8-6.1, then set it in the dark (in the grow room so its the same temp),,, Then I feed the Following Morning.. Seems to work just fine.
Good Luck with Your First Hempy's SUN KING!!
