Havent been feeding to to much because they are only 3-4 weeks old but possibly starting to get deficiencys maybe ? I have mixed a little bit of my Advanced Nutrients MGB into a spray bottle and have been spraying them over the past 2 days ! PLZ PLZ help PH i have been using around 6.7 i believe after a tad PH down my tap water is 7.0-7.1 though most readings

Sounds like toxic salt buildup causing nute lockout - when was the last flush for the offenders?

aint flushed em think its time ?? n should i use properly PHd water for the whole flush or tap water then a good pitcher of PH water at end to flush out the tap lol ?? everyone has there own preference ya kno last plants i used tap water then a pitcher of PH water to finish

pH'd water, or something close to 7 works for the flush.. if you've had success with tap water, then finishing with pH'd, that works as well - am sure you know you need 3 gallons of water per 1 gallon of soil and then check soil pH, re-balance as appropriate.. and if it's close to nute time.. would go gentle with it for first time since flush just to make sure things are working as intended.. will take a day or 2 for it to get through the issue, so don't panic if things aren't perfect in 8 hours. =)

Yeah....i wasnt even thinking of flush this whole time thought i been fucking something up ugh ok well i got 8inch round pots that i think = 1.5g...not exactly sure but guess im bout to get to it lol :( thanks brotha i been trying to not ask again cuz i made a post a week or so ago about this before it got to to bad but now i was like ugh i cant just watch em keep going thru this so had to make new post haha

Why should he be flushing soil he's never ferted? I though Ocean forest was organic. You're not going to get salt buildup in organic soil, unless you're adding nutes. All he's added is water. I've got plants that have been in 1 gal FFOF for about a month now with no problems.

well ive added nutes like first time i transplanted.....and the peat pots they were in had MG soil before my FFOF showed but....they were like 3-4" wide peat pots...didnt think would have enough MG to really affect to much but that shit blows so who knows

yes, 8" is 1-1.5g, so 3-4.5 gallons to ensure it's flushed completely - Not a problem at all, glad to help and didn't see the post a week ago or I'd have commented then. If you have issues that don't get touched, mail me and will get back to you the next time I log in. (I log daily, at least twice.. once in morning, once pre-bed)

Nah, that's not enough. You've been watering with straight water, any buildup would have been washed out by your watering.

He's not feeding, and he's watering regularly. There's no way he has salt buildup from one feed 3 weeks ago when he's been using tap water since.

So you dont suspect toxic salt buildup then? I wasn't suspecting the spots were caused by Mn def, but.. could be something strain specific that I wasn't aware of. Whatcha think the issue is, given symptoms that keep returning?

Was thinking the soil may have picked up something, pics didn't show blatant necrosis and the spots would generally point to Mn def, at best (to me).. unless the Mn imbalance is causing a re-shift of others - which I don't remember it being known for offhand. Will let you give guidance on this one =)

Yeah its irritating me....I live by the gulf maybe there is alot of salt in my water naturally ?? lol
Possibility, but not likely - high salt concentration in the air (enough to overpower the potassium that's present in the stomata guard cells) would cause the stomata to close...and -should- show symptoms other than what you've shared.

What is the ppm/ec of your tap water?? do you let it sit out for 24 hours, I have been growing blue dream for years and can tell you she is a light feeder........ffof soil is kinda hot also but shouldn't cause those spots.....what size pot are they in?? Grown in soil I usually don't supplement feed blue dream at all, usually whats in the soil last through a whole grow.......

oy m8.. get a magnifying glass and look onder the spots ..looks like you have spider mites or a small bug issue. i am running a blue dream in hydro so thats why i looked because i too have some spots on lower leaves , mine is nute burn yours look like mites. neem oil or liquid ladybug works well, a lil to young for nute lock or build up.. good luck and KEEP ON GROWIN

I dont have a PPM meter :( only thing i still need to buy lol....and i run it thru a water filter normally before i use the water....but most of time the water has been filtered and sat in closet for few days waiting on them to dry up again! N ok maybe i have slightly overdone it with the small amount of MG from peat pot....and the light feed i gave them after putting into the FFOF seeing as they are good for 3-4 weeks with nutes :) glad to hear from someone grown the strain...
