Oh shit... "Houston we have a problem..." Spider mites... I think??? Help!

I noticed little bronze colored spots on their leaves and some leaves have tiny little holes in them like something has been snacking on them... So i thought to myself SPIDER MITES!!! So here are some pics to help me diagnose the problem... What do you guys think, and if it is spider mites what would be the best way to get rid of them?

Hey, there's a product called Avid, however I believe there are some organic solutions available.

I can't tell from the pictures, could be spiders or maybe thripes. Thripes are more outdoors/greenhouse than indoors though. Either way pyrethrum or neem oil should do the trick. Note, neem oil won't kill thripes, but will prevent them from feeding.

don't see any evidence of bug damage, spider mites or thrips, don't leave holes.

youu don't have mites. don't spray anything unless you are sure you have em. practice good IPM....Integrated Pest Management

The small white spots are most likely little pieces of perlite I'm doing hempy and I just transplanted 2 days ago.

Yep, I've had issues with them. They are not easy to get rid of. If you have other plants around the house they live in the soil.
