Preparing BioBizz Nutrients

Can someone point me in the direction of a good tutorial for preparing my nutrients. I've been searching RIU but can't find what I'm looking for

I'm using Biobizz, and want to know:

Should I be mixing the nutrients with the water I intend to use for watering, or should the nutrient mix be separate?
How do I feed the nutrients to the plant - do I just add them to the soil?
How long should I leave the solution to sit (if at all?), and what PH am I aiming for?

Thanks

I myself am very much a newbie but personally I fill a 5 litre container, let it sit with the lid off for 24-48 hours to let the chlorine disperse, I then add my nutes/boosters/plant crack etc then ph - 5.2-6.2.... I'm growing in coco so loosely follow the canna coco grow guide and my current grow (my fourth) is my best by a huge long shot...

You add the nutrient solution to the water, at between 2ml to 5ml a litre (a full cap full is roughly 15ml, a teaspoon is roughly 5ml). It is possible with some strains to go higher than this, but always work the does up slowly. It's best to invest in a ph measuring device, such as a ph pen. When you have added the nutrients to the water then test the ph, it should be 6.5, use ph up or down to change it if it is off.

It is easy. Seriously. Biobizz even state that the ph step is unnecessary - I personally prefer to, and feel it is best. But it really is as simple as pouring out a bucket of water (buckets are usually 10litres), and then pouring a cap of the nutrients in, stir it, and feed it to your plants.

Just to save the OP becoming confused - the person who posted this is a hydro grower, and his advice is relevant for hydro. The ph needs to be higher in soil.

Thanks. How do you judge how much nutes to put in the 5 litre container?

You do NOT put the nutes in your container. You put them in the water, then feed that to the plant.

You put the nutes in a container when you grow hydroponically.

Really appreciate that. Haven't added nutrients yet as the plants are just on their first set of leaves.

So on the feeding schedule I got from BioBizz, when it says 4ml, that means 4ml of nutrient to each litre of water? And then water as necessary?

One thing i would recomend is investing in the bio heaven, i use only fish mix and heaven in grow, then switch to heaven, grow and bloom for flower. I use half recommended dosage for light mix, and grow in pure pre buffered loose coco. quarter tsp of epsom salts in the mix every couple of weeks, and the occasional extra tsp of fish mix in flower if i notice yellowing. I'm no pro, but am not too far off a gram per watt, and the nugs are absolutely coated in thc and taste great. I don't even really flush, just step down the dosages over the last week to ten days, then just plain water for the last splash. Always 10 - 20% runoff, and rarely need to ph anything.

Hope that helps, i know its a month old but what the hey. Have a good one.
