ok so i always start out with my seeds in a paper towel and after they crack open i use rock wool cubes or soil to start them up. i am looking for a new way to start seeds with out using rock wool or soil.. i want to start my seed without the cubes. i usually transfer them to geolite pellets after rinsing the soil away down to the cubes they tend to keep a 7 ph. and it interferes with my ph in my res. so any ideas on starting seeds in the geolite pellets??? all idea's welcome.

To start seeds... Get some rapid rooters. Soak them in warm water and squeeze out the excess water. Flip the rapid rooter upside down and make a small hole for your seed. If the seed isn't covered up, take a small piece of a rooter and put it over the top of the seed. You can stand the rooters in a flat bottom tray, and cover with a dome. You don't need a heating mat. Just keep the rooters moist, but not soaking wet. You should see sprouts within 3-10 days. You can use the rapid rooters in a dirt or hydroponic system.

Question on your rapid rooters upside down method ,witch I get the reason for upside down poke hole use, but are you hand watering or sitting them in water as per RR directions,
