Agreed. All out legalization (or rescheduling on fed level) will lead to big pharma trying to corner the market.total legalization will open the doors fully for big corp to step in and take over....
you really think if they make it totally legal you will still be able to continue on with your little endeavors and the state will not step in to demand ther tax on such...??....that's what some of this is about....they pay no taxes right now at dispensaries....
I would not want to be one of those owners who has to reconcile their taxes with sales....unless they put a lot of $$ aside for just this

so a P cant go to any C and buy meds? what if designated P's C has NO meds for their designated P, the P looses cause he cant medicate. BS! thats not how I and many others interpreted the ruling.\ in the past.

Now you're talking. Exactly what i was thinking too, also why I collected a shitload of signatures on that legalization petition we did in 2012. Sad to say lots of people didn't want to sign it because they thought it jeopardized their medical marijuana biz. Well this is why I wanted to legalize. It was pretty obvious they were trying to kill everything that was great about the med mj law.
Will they try and put the kibosh to legalization? Of course, but hey it was time to put up our dukes then and it is now more than ever. Lets stay legal and fight by helping put together a better petition to legalize and lets get out there and collect the sigs this time. It's easy to get people to sign legalization petitions, had no probs last time. If we would have had more help it would have been on the ballot. Lets do it this time!
