Will This Work?

Here's day 20 update:

This is the one on the right, the biggest one I've decided to add "side views" lol

This is the middle one, and the one I like the one. I've been told though because shes growing less bushy and more tall than the others that she is probably male. Not sure though.

Heres the one on the left, she has the best "inner" string looking things. I'm assuming that is just another leaf node popping up.

And I didn't post my new setup after buying a few more bulbs. I think I will be staying at this amount until finish. And after finish I'll be buying a 400 HPS and using that with the CFLs around the sides of the plants.

Anyone have any thoughts? Think my plants are sexy girls? Lol.

Also I still haven't given them water. The soil is slightly damp 3 inches in, until then its totally dry. I'm thinking I should water tonight. Your thoughts?

Just added 8 more bulbs lol. 4 23w 2700k 4 23w 5000k. And finally gave them some water with more nutes. I gave them 10 ML of biothrive, 5 ML of Bioroot, 5 ML of CaMg, and 5 ML of Bioweed. I gave this total amount to 2 gallons of water, and gave one-third of the total solution to each plant. I half'd the dose of what general organics feed chart says.

Also, why are my leaves drooping some what? I'm basically drying out their entire pot... and from what this website says drooping leaves means overwatering. Can it be? Even when I didn't water for almost 5 days and it was 100 percent dry 3 inches down? Was like dust.

So your directions say 10ml (or 1 Tbsp) per gallon for the thrive?
I'm just asking, because somebody the other day tried to convert, and didn't know how many liters were in a gallon, so he basically quadrupled what the suggested rate was.
How about some pics of the drooping?
The way you're describing, I'd have to GUESS they're thirsy and you should water more often, but you didn't give any details on what you are currently doing.
From the size of those pots in last pics, 3-4 days sounds about right if you have good drainage.
