Yes. It's called DWC.

Or you always rig a sprinkler timer but that is some plumbing and wiring.

If you're going a dirt grow, look at Blumat (expensive), or go to Home Depot and get a drip irrigation system, a 55-gallon trashcan and a pump.

And make sure the area this is all in is waterproof or where a disaster won't matter. If you are serious about 30 plants you should get serious about what it takes to get the job actually done. Speaking to the OP of course.
