Amendment 64 question?

I wouldn't say never, if you can buy alcohol with an out of state license you should be able to shop at the clubs. I don't see why not but it will take some time before all the kinks are worked out.

I honestly do not know...I however do know people have the med card and have out of state I.D.'s still...which is confusing as I thought you were to change that when moving to another state? Like an actual time frame in which to do it?

The way amendment 64 is written one would just need to be 21, there is no residency rule.
The government may change that but is would be incredibly stupid. They would just be creating a black market for tourists.

If the feds can't block stores, anyone with a valid ID will be able to buy.

edit: just read your next post, whoops

Eating the snickers in that dark water still creeps me out.

There are no 64 shops open only medical shops that is until this fall 2013... we hope. That is when the regulations are supposed to be finished and licenses distributed anyway. Medical shops are supposed to have first dibs so you might just see dispensaries go recreational which will make the availability of recreational buds come much quicker. Oh and yes anyone over 21 can buy cannabis from a shop once they open

Right now though, anyone over 21 can grow 6 plants and can have all they harvest stored at their house, but only travel with one ounce.

They are trying to make two seperate entities 1 medical high grade marijuana 2 retail recreational marijuana as of now you can not purchase unless you have a red card there are no smoke shops in Colorado just dispensaries.
