Growing and Smoking while living near a prison ???

Hello im thinking about moving near a prison
i want to be able to grow my plants and smoke my weed in peace without telling a soul
but i am worried about prisoners escaping and police knocking at my door to warn me about escaped prisoners or looking for escaped prisoners
has anyone lived near a prison and were able to do this without getting caught and will i be bothered by the cops
any help appreciated

I know someone who grows who lives next door to a cop in an illegal state. Just be sure and vent properly.

Well firstly, prisoners just don't escape like it's an every day thing. Secondly, they would assume these guys are trying to get the furthest distance away in the shortest amount of time. And cops don't mess with prisons besides through transportation and court issues. Correctional officers will be in the area but I don't believe they have any jurisdiction to enter your home.

I grew indoors by a punk prison in Michigan and when an escapee was on the loose , we were simply asked to keep all doors and cars on lock down and of course Authority warned to not make contact with hitchhikers untill the escapee is apprehended again ..

Never had any knocks when this happend , but I do remember seeing the surveillance and searches that took place .. That was like being in a Communist State ..

Thanks for the info guys ill probably be lookin for another place but ill keep the thought in mind so whats this about surveillence that doesnt sound liek anything i wanna be a aprt of
