A fucked up version of chicken piccata that turned out delicious.
Coat chicken in flour and fry. 200F in oven to keep warm
Used a beef bouillon cube instead of chicken stock, added some hefeweizen to the scrapings, garlic, lemon juice, parsley and reduce til sauce
Throw sauce on chicken when ready and enjoy
Going to get some capers for next time.

I had an omlette! or at least that was the plan, tasted awesome but didn't resemble your normal omlette 
more "funky"

I highly recommend it when it's chilly outside
Here's a recipe but the tea I'm using doesn't need anything but boose, maybe some lemon or honey if desired

Last night Wifey made a something outta Top Ramen Noodles Teriyaki Chicken and veggies.. at first I thought.. meh.. ok heck I will eat it.. not one to turn down food..
but it's now gonna be a semi weekly dish..

Your poor wife puts up with a lotta shit I can see.
I could use some pointers - some of my material is getting dated.
I go through the same thing with my lady & it drives me nuts - I hate to microwave defrost anything, ruins the texture & flavor imho.
But tonite I'm making a rack of lamb with twice baked taters (with roasted garlic) and all the trimmings.
I think it's gonna be a hit!

I had a slow cooked heart the other night with a half bottle of malbec in it, heres some liver with mashed potatoes and onions, but ive eaten alot of things but never lungs, how in the world do you cook them? Waste not want notHeart, liver, and lungs. Tis the 25th after all
