When should I transplant

Ok so the grow area is a cabinet 3lx2wx4h With a mh 400 watt hanging about a foot above my plants. After 12 days they are about 3 in tall with being buried once already to shorten the tall stem of the sativas. They have sprouted several small leaves close together but have remained small, they are planted in a 5in pot ( two haze mist, one Cana sutra. My question is , when would be a good time to transplant and what size pot. The idea would be to veg them for a while and supercrop them and then transfer two of them to another tent to keep as mothers, replant the third and veg it a little more before flowering. I'm going to scrog the cabnit at a height that I can veg and super crop one plant at a time to get highest yield and keep the Mother and clones in a side by tent

the pots that i am using do not have wholes at the bottom. the next set will but as of now i am not able to check that way. picture attached of one of the haze mist

Your plant (judging from picture) has another week or two of grow time in that pot. When the leaves pass the rim of the pot and the height of the plant is close to the depth of the pot, it is time to repot.
