The trainwreck is a keeper though, very pungent smell and nice structure to the plant, maybe a little bit too high leave to flower ratio.
Who doesnt like a bit of hash anyway? ;)
How long did you leave yours to veg man? I've got mine in a temporary set up that I cant really keep for long. Would love to hear a short veg time on the trainwreck as that's the one thats looking the best for me right now at 5 days old!

My Auto white widow is looking great. It's the biggest so far, as expected.
The Trainwreck is doing beautifully, second biggest and it has a nice colour.
Papaya next, it's about the same size as TW
Something strange is happening to my NL x Skunk, it's stopped growing or something. It still looks healthy in colour and everything, but I haven't seen any change in 3 days and it's stayed rather small!
I shall have to keep an eye on it.

Anyway can I get some tips on watering?
I water the plants once in the morning until water comes out the bottom of the ~3 to ~4 inch pots.
Should I water them throughout the day if theyre looking dry? I saw someone say that watering them strictly once per day promotes root growth because the roots try to find more water.
Or would letting it dry out be bad for the plants..?

Here's a picture of the Papaya! It's looking mighty fine to my untrained eyes.
2 weeksish old. I know it's rather small, think I may have overwatered during the first week.

She's looking good. Don't worry about the skunk. Autos take a bit but then they tend to explode after a few weeks. As for watering..
Memorize the weight of their pots dry. When they feel this weight or very close to it water until u see 15% runoff and not again until they are back near dry weight. U don't want them damping off. Seedlings are very sensitive as I'm sure u know.

By fifteen percent I mean fifteen percent of the total volume of the pot you are watering. This is the amount of runoff u should be looking to achieve.

Now that I said all that lol..n with seedlings I prefer to give just enough water to quench them but not soak the soil. This usually means watering about every day and a half for the first week (I still follow the dry weight rule unless they're drooping) but as u mentioned it gives a nice rootball early on but can be a bit trying on a seedling. Never lost one yet tho.

Plants are looking good. Can't wait to see the explosion of growth.

My plants are having some problems, it's either nitrogen deficiency or nute burn. Can't really tell right now.
I'm leading towards N def because I haven't really sprayed a lot of nutes on my plants so far.
Basically the bottom leaves are yellowing and dying at the ends. It's not major, just a bit scary.
I've added some Osmocote slow release fert balls to all my plants, hopefully they can bounce back but we'll see!
Today I've started really decking out my indoor grow space, I'm painting it white, setting up stands and ledges for the lights.
I went out and bought another 72W of lighting, once the space is ready I'll grab another 72W.
I've decided that I'm going to flower indoors instead of in the forest because I'm lazy and the forest is really far away =\
Not to mention it's a little hard to find my way around there owing to storms and stuff knocking down trees. Would be brutal for a tree to fall down and wipe out all my plants anyway, so indoors it is!

If you are growing in soil, do not overwater - it is very easy to overwater! You shouldn't be watering any more than every other day, and thats when the plants are big; when they are small you should do it less often.

The plant will tell you when it is thirsty, the leaves will droop down and the pot will be light. You don't want to let it get this far. Err on the side of watering less frequently than more or you will get rot and all sorts of issues.

sound good bro cant wait for pics
Here you go on request :D
As you can see, they are starting to look really nice, like real plants now
They're like 6 or 7 inches tall I think, I haven't measured but thats a guess
Theres a close up of the problem I'm having, can anyone tell if it's burn or deficiency?
There's a picture of my indoor set up that I have my babies in after dark
I have 4 plants but I took a photo of the best two, the others are quite small!

Oh no, I caught a crow ripping up one of my plants today. It's one of the smaller ones so I'm pissed, but not totally pissed.
I quickly scared it away, got the plant and transplanted it into a huge bucket and watered and nuted it up. Hopefully it can make a comeback but it's looking pretty sad..
Bloody birds.

Hah! Well, the Arcata Trainwreck clone, and almost any strain bred with it, is potent as fuck. Also quite tasty. But the odds of GHS having a strain that bares any resemblance to the wreck other than being a big mess to grow are, well, slim to none.
They actually have the real cut, but just S1'ing the real cut = herm city. In other words, it's a worthless pile of shit, just like most of what they resell (because they don't do any breeding).

New growth yellowing = deficiency (possibly caused by lockout).

Old growth yellowing = typical due to lack of light and/or plant age, or possibly due to lock out.

Ok I transplanted all of them today into bigger pots, by lock out you mean theyre root bound yeah?
They were all rootbound, I should've realised earlier, but theyre all in pots that will be good for the next month or so now :D

No, I mean excessive phosphorous (doesn't have to be phosphorous), for example, locking out the Nitrogen uptake of your plants. Learning "what's wrong" with your plants is easily the most difficult part of growing. Totally interesting though. Most likely it's just natural leaf death, I see nothing horribly wrong with your girls.

Root bound is no good either though, so I'm happy to have reminded you to uppot.
