you couldn't keep up! not even close. i doubt you even know what IRR or EBITDA are. google them. you'll figure it out with 5 years of college; 2 undergraduate degrees; an MBA; and 5 years working on wall street for one of the biggest investmen firms there are. i left that to do what i do know and i crush what i used to make.

i'm playing in the big leagues buddy. you ain't ready yet. :bigjoint:

i make aroung 500k a year as of today. i want to make 1mil a year. to sum people 500k is broke. i remember at one point in my life i thought 3k a month was great. id hang my self if i pulled in 3k now. its crazy how your mindset changes and adapts to new ways of life and you forget about the past

Nah man, just breaking your balls, if I did really need money I know people....but if I had your bankroll I would be buying up real estate in the states at 40 cents on the dollar and retire in ten years when market returns.

But I would not turn down a tour around the island n a fishingtrip should I find myself in Costa Ricardo one day.

I'm just glad I was able to retire in 2003 at 55 and my wife the following year at 55.Doing fine in retirement and Scoob I should come visit LOL.
