I was more or less pointing out the fact that the .38 she used didnt finish him 2 shots in the head plus other shots i believe, too bad she didn't have an AR....

i don't know about that.

jared loughner's massacre was only stopped when he had to reload, they tackled him as he went for another 30 rounds.

if the 10 round mag limit were still in place, the massacre would have been mitigated greatly. the only downside i can see is the very slight inconvenience to target shooting practice.

i think the lives we could have saved trump that slight inconvenience to target shooters.

edit: i should also point out that there were "good guys" with guns at the gabby giffords massacre and it didn't help. they didn't want to be mistaken as the shooter. puts a hole in that trite argument from the NRA that so many like to parrot.
